Finding Your Inner Ski Bum

Now that the holidays are behind us, some of us are noticing that our behinds are also behind us. After all those holiday treats and afternoon naps there is bound to be a little extra “junk in your trunk”. If you’re looking for ways to combat winter weight gain (and blues) try hitting the slopes to schuss away those few extra pounds. Here in Western Canada, our spectacular ski destinations provide the perfect opportunity to find your inner “ski bum” and work off the outer one at the same time! There are too many ski destinations in Western Canada to list here, but read on for a couple of favourites offering some great winter fun and fantastic deals from now right through to Spring!

Whistler / Blackcomb, British Columbia
Less than two hours from Vancouver, Whistler/Blackcomb is expecting an epic snow season for 2012.
